“I have been with Jay Cin for approximately five years. The reason why I have chosen him to be my trainer is because he has the same injury that I have, herniated discs. I have multiple herniated discs, L4/L5 and L5/S1. Even with this injury, Jay was able to train me through it to the point where I feel little to no numbness in my lower back and legs. Because of Jay's knowledge and experience in personal training, I can perform a lot of exercises that doctors recommend against, such as deadlifts, squats, and clean and presses. “I had been training for months and trying to prepare for my upcoming wedding in May 2013. I was a little frustrated and although, I had lost about five pounds since I started working out, I had hit a plateau and was not able to move beyond it.


Jay explained the Accountability Coaching Program to me and I thought, “What do I have to lose, except the weight, right?” I dropped four pounds. By the end of the second week, I was feeling amazing. I was no longer drinking coffee, taking Advil or Tylenol for aches and pains or to try and sleep and my energy levels increased dramatically. By the third week, my training sessions and workouts were much more productive and I noticed my body starting to change and my clothes were looser and I felt incredible. Additionally, I had lost another four pounds going into my fourth week.


When I went for my first dress fitting, over a year and half before my wedding, I had vowed that I wanted to look amazing on my wedding day and lose weight. Jay and his Accountability Coaching Program helped me to do just that. A month before my wedding, at my dress fitting, the dress I had originally had custom fitted for me had to be taken in almost 5 inches on both sides around the hips and 3 inches around my bust. After my dress fitting, the seamstress actually said to me, “You can’t lose any more weight before your wedding.” I texted Jay cause I couldn’t believe the results. The proof was at my fitting.

The day of the wedding, people who had not seen me in a while definitely noticed and asked “How much weight did you lose, you look amazing?” Now, a few months after my wedding, I am still on the program and maintaining my weight loss. The program is easy and fool-proof to follow. It’s simple and that was the biggest advantage for me, especially with my busy schedule. My only regret is not having started the program earlier, but now there is no turning back!!!

When I started training with Jay I was 220 pounds and ROUND. As a 5'9" male that is not an ideal weight or shape to be in, especially when your current line or work or lifestyle does not allow for you to be active. I was never an athlete or trained to be anything more than an accountant, but I had been in better shape before in my life. Turning almost 30 years of age and having the same weight and physical appearance to my father (who is a senior citizen), I decided to make a change in my life for the better.


I won't waste your time here and tell you why or how I let myself go, living each day just to eat, but I was living in conflict. The first thing I learned while training with Jay is his simple philosophy that you cannot live in conflict. If you say that you are going to try to improve your life by exercising and dieting, you better put your head down and plow through it. Sometimes this is easier said than done, especially when the demands of life and work or both conflicting to your fitness goals; however, when you have Jay Cin on your side all things are possible. How so? Like I said previously I was weighing in at 220 lbs when I was first training with Jay (May 2013) after a couple of physical training sessions to get my body into shape, I was feeling better about myself and started to commit to working out more on my own.


I came down in weight to 216 lbs from the 220 lbs, and noticed the considerable energy and happier disposition return back in my life, and I wanted more of this. Jay had provided me with the workout regimen that attributed to my weight loss. After training me for a while, Jay made me realize that diet and nutrition are essential weight loss and conditioning. I needed a more guided nutritional approach than the meal replacement diet I used to do.


I wanted to be able fit into my old pair of jeans again (I was wearing a pant waist size 38 during the busy season months), so I asked Jay to help with my diet. Fortunately for me, Jay had me covered! We sat down and discussed what my goals are, and what this program could do for me if I stayed on track.


I am currently a size 34" waist and at a stable weight of 200 lbs with loads of energy. I am going to continue with this program because my goal to fit into my old pair of jean size (32") is at reach. Thank you Jay for keeping me in line with my fitness goals, and showing me that success is always abound when you feel good about yourself!
